Every. Single. Time. With this company. Something almost always is “off” and doesn’t fit. There is NO quality assurance with this particular manufacturer and here is ANOTHER chair I received where nothing lines up. I reported this to the manufacturer and they have done nothing but ask me if I tried lining up the holes (duh). I have requested new chair legs and they have been so unhelpful.

Price very very reasonable. The textured look of the material is nicer then the website posting showed. And the best- super super comfortable. A great buy.
