The chair’s cheap made, all my chairs needs alignment ,the legs are not perfect standing on floor,the stitches are defective, I returned them but I have to pay for shipping! Why do I have to pay for shipping for defective chairs?

These chairs are a great affordable choice. They are quite firm but that works for our family. I love that I can wipe off the seats after my kids eat or do crafts
