I wanted cris cross with adjustable arm height which this is. It came with a little bit of damage on the arms. It was super easy to put together. However, I wish the back was 1-2 inches higher. inches higher

Not a very thick cushion or high back, but is comfortable and wide enough to cross legs with arm rests down

This chair is super comfy! The material is soft and the seat is wide enough to sit criss cross or have a kitty join me while I work. The only problem is my cat and I are constantly battling over who gets to sit in it.

I personally love it. It’s exactly as described. It’s soft but firm enough that the more I sit in it, the more it will begin to loosen and be even MORE comfortable. I love that it’s big enough to cross my legs but not TOO big. It’s perfect. You won’t regret this investment!

This chair is so comfortable and beautiful. Easy to assemble. My favorite feature is the armrests being adjustable. Would definitely purchase it again.
