Nice chair! The ivory color is more of a light grey than true ivory (no yellow hue). Looks great!

What I think is that Wayfair sold me an open box item as brand new. How do I know this? The extra tape on the outside of the box was my first clue. Then when I opened the box and thought that looks like a pretty poor job of packing. The final clue was the missing parts box. Not a single screw or bolt that is needed to assemble the chair was in the box. Wayfair very graciously offered to charge me $25 to return the useless item to them. This is not the first time Wayfair has done this to us. Now it's twenty questions about what parts are missing. The photos are of the two items Wayfair sent us as brand new. One box was in such terrible condition that it never left the front porch. Yes, when we opened the box, there was a Ziploc bag of screws inside.

Nice chair, decent cushion, looks great. Full swivel, solid legs and raise/lower lever works well. The only reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are the color is more off white/cream when the photo looked white, and we wish it reclined just a little more. We use it in our kitchen office, so the slim, cool esthetic is nice.
