WORST customer experience. I ordered this chair, and FedEx never delivered the item yet I was still charged $750. I still needed a chair so I reordered again, and the chair itself is small, uncomfortable, and looks cheap. Definitely not worth $750, or $1500 that it took to actually get the chair delivered. I returned the second chair but still out $750 for the first chair. But let's talk about the customer service. Wayfair customer service sent me down a rabbit hole for 5 months to file claims with FedEx, my credit card, my HOA association, and my renters insurance. 5 months later and I'm out $750 and no chair. I recommend that you use Wayfair's website to find what you went, then do a reverse search to find this from a different retailer. With inflation issues, companies are tightening their refund policies at the expense of individual consumers. Not cool.

Well made, no tools required for assembly. Comfortable and the navy is a tweed pattern which looks great in my room.

The chair is perfect for my space and for my back. Provides a decent amount of support, but is not too stiff for sitting for 1-2 hours. I haven’t spent more time on it yet, but I can tell it’ll be great for those long meetings.
