The back doest stay still… it gets moving

Poor quality. Had for four months in a second home. Were used maybe a dozen times. Was sitting eating breakfast when legs collapsed under me. I weigh 150lbs so don’t think weight should be an issue.

These chairs arent great. They arent even good. The fact that they are reversible makes the backs swing around in circles when you are trying to sit in them. Eventually they wont stay upright. And the caning isnt sturdy. Ive had these for less than 6 months and the backs are coming apart.

These chairs are incredibly built and were very very easy to assemble. The quality is top notch. They really make great side chairs and the back swivels in and out so you can adjust to your comfort. I think the black and rattan pattern are really timeless.

I loved these chairs when I saw their pictures on-line and I ordered 6. An later 2 more for a total of 8 chairs. We assembled them a few weeks after the purchase as our home was being renovated and the construction was delayed. The chairs looked great, but we noticed that the back of the chairs, which are supposed to be movable for comfort, were really loose-so much that they didn't stay in place even when no-one was seating on them. The back of the chairs came already assembled. We tighten the chair backs so they would stay in place, but every time someone seated on the chairs, they would become really loose again. We had company for Easter dinner and my husband practically had to keep his screwdriver under his chair to keep tighten them up as they became so loose to be uncomfortable for our guests. To add to the problem, we also noticed that the rattan was coming out of the frame in one of the chairs. It's a disaster! The manufacturers need to come up with a different type of screw and washer that does the job of holding the chair backs in place. I contacted Wayfair with the complaint, but they were NO HELP as the 30-day returned policy had passed and they offer no way to contact the manufacturer as other on-line stores do. I am adding picture to show the problems. DO NOT BUY THESE CHAIRS. I am really DISAPOINTED ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFEREDBY WAYFAIR.
