Truly loved the style and the firmness was perfect for me but just at 6 months the frames started cracking and I don't feel safe to sit on it. Don't know what to do...

I love this set and it looks nice and was a great value, however, the largest piece (sofa) broke while we were putting it together, and in a place that will significantly impact the stability of the piece. The other pieces were simple to assemble but I will admit a little unstable feeling, and the loveseat squeaks a bit when you move around while seated, so it just doesn't feel like the highest quality. However, I actually really love the look of the set and hope that it will last us a few years as long as we are reasonably gentle, and assuming we can get the parts replaced by Wayfair. UPDATE: Called Wayfair customer service and they supposedly sent out replacement parts right away. Was very pleased with the interaction, they are always friendly and efficient. Well, Wayfair DIDN'T merely send replacement parts...they didn't even send out a replacement of the full sofa--THEY SENT ME A REPLACEMENT OF THE ENTIRE 4-PIECE LIVING ROOM SET!! While this was lovely of them and now I have a backup set for our rec room, it was a huge surprise and actually kind of made me feel bad because only a small piece was broken and though not 100% stable, even with the broken part the sofa holds together fairly well. I originally gave the set 4 stars simply because of the piece that broke, and also just because the set is beautiful but not "plush" if you're sitting a lot, but I've upgraded to 5 stars after having it a couple of months because we have gotten great use out of it, spills clean up great on the upholstery in a house with pets and a kiddo, and of course, for Wayfair's excellent customer service.

Broken. Not even a year old of use .

I like the style of this furniture. I'd give it five stars but two of the screws were broken when it arrived so part of the sofa is detached from the base.
