Ensemble de salon standard 3 pièces en chenille douce (ensemble de 3) (Ensemble de 3)

This review goes out to the skeptical yet thorough person who cringes at making large purchase site unseen. That was definitely me, with my tape measure and goggling what chenille fabric. DELIVERY- comes in one big box that was probably 5"8ft tall and 3ft wide. Was able to fit on my small apartment elevator with myself and the 2 movers. UNBOXING - couch comes pretty much assembled with a separate box containing the legs. SETUP - I had the pleasure of not putting the couch together. Wayfair had a special for free assembly at the time of my purchase so the movers put the couch together. It took no time because they simply screwed the legs on. VISUAL IMPRESSION - beautiful, true to color...definelty blue lol. was really worried about the length of the couch as I was deciding whether to buy or not but it works for me in an open concept studio apartment for one (650sqft). Could sit with 1 friend spaciously or 2 others hip to hip. COMFORT - Couch is firm, not unbearablly firm more like doctor office chair firm or car seat firm. I was looking to avoid velvet type or the teddy bear/boneless couch fabric for my next couch...more of a linen was the goal. This is a good medium for me in terms of fabric...like a low cut fluffy linen. When sitting and laying, if youre looking for a squishy memory foam cloud couch like experience this is not it. I'd say this is a couch for someone who doesn't spend a lot of time sitting on a couch (if that makes sense). FUNCTIONALITY - the seats cushions aren't removable...the middle is boundtogether so no worries about the cushions moving around, only thing is the back cushions those can be moved around and the covers removed...I believe if you want to clean it you'll have to invest in a cute fabric cleaner machine. Very much true to size. Armrests are firm with some cushion...if you push hard enough you'll feel stillness but comfy non the less. NEGATIVES(kinda) - I find the foldable back to be weird. It doesnt flop or anything it just makes the piece feel less serious. I suppose it was a space saving hack for packaging...could probably finesse a sleeping sofa situation out of it. Just weird. Read a lot of reviews and watched a the wayfair specialist video multiple times before taking the plunge. Happy with this purchase overall.

The quality of the fabric is very poor. Looks very used after only 1 month

I love it so much! Really love the quality. Nice and firm and perfect for my space

The seat is firm, the back pillows super plush. Very soft material. Color is accurate to the photos, a lovely soft grey. Very happy, would recommend!

The taupe color is great so is the beautiful oak base and legs. That’s where it ends. The cushion portion is full of issues. One of the back pillows is not fully filled so there is a lot of empty material at the corners. The seat cushions were collapsed in the middle out of the box and there is too much empty space in between them right in the middle of the seat where the two seat cushions touch. When you sit your body almost rolls down towards the middle - that’s how badly the seat cushions are shaped. The material itself pulls horribly. I’m not returning it at this point but I don’t think the couch will last more than a year, maybe 2 if that.
