Ordering was not a problem! Merchandise is quality for what you spend. Delivery needs some work-a lot of work. FedEx (your choice of carrier) said they tried to deliver but no one was home. So they gave me options: schedule a time (cost:$5.99) / maybe they'd deliver again but they couldn't give me a time or day (so I'm supposed to suspend living for a chair) or maybe go pick it up from some central location. I chose 5.99 since the reason I shop on-line is because I'm handicapped. So I was waiting for delivery from 5pm-8pm tonight. It's 10:30 am and Guess What? They didn't need anyone home and the doors that they couldn't get in yesterday magically opened for them so they could drop the chair inside the mail room - which is what they did the last time they delivered 2 chairs to this address for me. Now, want to bet that I don't get my 5.99 back? Too much hassel and frustration to save a little. Think it is time to look for a new vendor and definitely time for Wayfair to find a new carrier or hold them more accountable.

I like the chair. Im deducting 1 star because the back feels a little bit loose.

The 29.92In Lined Fabric Accent Chair by George Oliver arrived quickly and in great condition. Easily assembled by installing only the legs. The fabric is soft, but seems durable and it is comfortable to sit in. I love the variegated stripe! 5 Stars!

Chairs are very nice but not so comfortable. They are being used as extra side chairs so that doesn't matter but if you're using them for comfort, don't.
