Came missing parts but couldn't be bothered to return

Received our chair before Thanksgiving and what an amazing addition to our frontroom. Quite comfy with great back support. I love the textured fabric and color. 5 stars

So far the chair is very comfortable, and I love how it looks! The only issue I am having is that one of the pieces that came with the set is incorrect and I have been waiting about a week now to hear back from the manufacturer.

This chair once assembled is comfy and beautiful. However the assembly process is quite difficult because the screws are too short and very hard to line up. I ended up using a couple of my own longer pointed end screws instead of the ones provided on the side of the chair because the holes could simply not be found on the right side. I would order another one if the assembly hadn't taken so long and been so frustrating. Longer screws please!!
