The color is kind of between a taupe and a beige. All in all it’s fine for a bedroom or a place you won’t be sitting in it for long periods of time. The back is kind of low so I don’t think it would be comfortable for a living room chair.

Unfortunately the chair is much smaller in sizeheight than it looks online. Although it is sturdy and the cushions are firm, the size did not work for our living room. The chair is so petite, I think it’s better for a short-term sitting area. I wouldn’t recommend it for daily use.

Nice, comfortable chairs. Even after measuring ahead of time, I was still somewhat surprised at how short they sit, but that's a non-issue, just something to be aware of.
