The upper part of the chairs is very nice. However, 2 of the 4 chairs could not be assembled properly due to misalignment of the leg attachments to the chair portion. After hours of attempting to screw in the legs, we were only able to insert 5 out of 6 screws on two of the chairs. We hope they don’t fall apart. I did contact customer service about the issue; they are sending 2 new leg attachments, but we are worried we might still have the same alignment problems. At least they did attempt to solve the problem. We do not recommend these chairs due to assembly issues. Also, there is leather cording that runs along the chair arms. It makes it uncomfortable to rest your arms there. The chairs are nice-looking and the black legs match our existing kitchen table. They are also comfortable, so we have decided to keep them.
