The chair's left arm was not included in the package. This is a big inconvenience to have to wait for the manufacturer to respond to my complaint. Wayfair should take better care of its customers by immediately shipping a new chair. Wayfair didn't wait for payment; therefore, I should not have to wait for some unknown person to email me back, then wait for them to respond, then send the chair arm. If they ever do. This is unfair.

Beautiful high leg chair. Very soft and cushion but doesn’t sink. If you are thinking about purchasing this chair, please do! I am purchasing my second one today.

Not happy. The bottomseat chair cushion is not smooth in the chair cushion cover and hangs over the bottom. It doesn’t look smooth like picture. Wrinkly in cover

Love the chair. Easy to assemble and looks great.

Did not last long . Product only lasted 2 months, legs broke out the woods and could not repair.
