I’m really disappointed in this product. It’s hard to swivel and tips forwards when getting up.

Chair was nice but it was not almost 700.00 nice. I ended up returning it and Wayfair helped me through the process. It is comfortable, but it is not leather feeling.

nice chair but it tips forward when you reach forward, especially when the leg rest is up. I had my feet up and reached over to pick up my grandbaby and the chair tipped forward and tipped. Since I had my knee replaced recently I couldn't get up and I had to wait till someone helped me back up. Have to be very careful.

We were disappointed in this chair. We found the lumbar support non existent and it narrows at the front of the seat. It also did not feel solid on the floor and it was difficult to swivel. We are returning it and paying a hefty shipping fee, which leaves us hesitant from purchasing from Wayfair again.
