I never leave bad reviews but this chair and wayfair customer service was a huge disappointment. I purchased as an accent chair and loved it for the first 17 months we had it. It was used infrequently, probably 1-2 a week. Last weekend I sat on it (135 lb female) and the entire structure split, causing the leg to snap off. I was not expecting a structural break on something so gently used. I contacted wayfair and they told me I would be receiving a replacement since it was a structural break and I only had it for 17 months. After not receiving a replacement within their timeframe, I reached back out and they rescinded their offer to replace the chair. They could see their previous commitment to replace it and still decided to break their commitment. All around a terrible product and terrible customer service from wayfair to take back an offer to make something right.

Totally different chair than the photo and from the last model. Cheap and poorly made now.

Love this chair. Fabric is nice. It is comfy and has held up well.
