Disappointed with Quality and Service I strongly advise against purchasing this couch. The color was completely different from what was shown in the pictures, and the material felt cheap. The back cushions were underfilled, and the couch felt unstable, shifting whenever we sat on it. The chaise section was especially problematic, lifting up when in use. To make matters worse, they charged 80 to return what was clearly a defective product. After this experience, I will never shop at Wayfair again.

Beau fauteuil!

Easy set up, very soft microsuede material. Not leather as it appears in photos. It’s hard, no sink in comfort. Hopefully that will break in. No head/neck support. That could be thicker.

I was disappointed in quality even though it was wayfair verified. The faux leather feels like soft plastic and chair design very uncomfortable for me at 5’5”. Also the neck support and lumbar inadequate. Even though I paid attention to measures, they really look too big but that’s my failt. Mechanism does work but recline and feet up are not independent of eachother.. Swivel and rocking are noise free.

Fits great in the fraternity room space!
