Why is this item ineligible for a resolution? This wasn't on the item when it was first ordered. Please refund my money. Thank you.

I love the color, and the deep drawers. It feels well-assembled and sturdy too!

Arrived damaged in multiple places. Top drawer would not shut. Definitely not worth the money even as an open box item. Customer service representatives were rude when I had to contact them, and one couldn’t even hear me talk about the order because she had kids crying in the background while she was working. Completely unprofessional.
