The bed should be plush if advertised as such. Searched for a plash soft mattress for months for a hybrid plush. Finally found what was advertised as a hybrid 10.5 I ch plush mattress. It was not. Though slightly softer than extra firm, but definitely not plush. Trying to determine...send back or spend more to gat a super plush topper. Jury is out.

Looks great and well made for th price. The box came beat up, but we inspected all before putting together. It was missing a bolt, but was able to go to our corner ACE Hardware Store and pick one up. Overall pleased.
