So this thing vibrates. I was not expecting that. It's a massage chair. It's not a feature I needed or wanted to I just shoved the cables into the back of it. It was a bit tricky to put together, alignment of some of the screws will take two people. The fabric is a bit cheap feeling but it's super comfortable to sit on. It's what boyfriend and I were hoping for ergonomically, so we're keeping it, but would have loved it to feel a bit higher quality.
