A beautiful piece doesn't look like cheap printed wood and the color is amazing -- was it easy for a non-handy person to put together (ie: me) no --- I had to un-do, re-do a few times...took hours so carve out time - or find someone who will kindly do this for you. There were a few inconsistencies in the directions too - I think most people will be able to figure out they have the wrong instructions for a few steps-- but if you do something wrong it's not the end of the world to take it apart and re-do. I had a scratch on one of the handles and customer service replied immediately...it is a bit higher priced than I would like to pay - but because the wood was the PERFECT color I decided it was worth it to me. READ the instructions a few times -- lay out all your parts and ensure they are all good before you start (this is just my advice for anything you get from wayfair save yourself headaches)....slow is fast. You can see in the pic the left door is a little off - i'm going to ask them how to fix that -- I suspect it is a small adjustment...the alignment of the doors: you are literally moving a screw a quarter or eighth of a turn -- i made the mistake a few times of turning and turning and turning - that will do nothing but make you want to pull out your hair.

I would not recommend this product. A piece broke as I was unpacking it, and while assembling, two screws went straight through the top. To their credit, customer service did provide a full refund.
