We like the ottoman and it was shipped quickly and relatively easy to construct. It was a little bigger than I expected even though I did measure.

Product looks good and sturdy. However, putting it together was a nightmare. Spaces were too tight for using alan key. Design for assembly is ridiculous. I spent 90 minutes assembling and still cannot get any of the bolts tight enough. Vendor should have had pre-drilled holes at the very least and a wider access for assembling the side brackets. Would never recommend this product due to this even though it's a good product.

Perfect and well made

I thought I was ordering the matching ottoman to my George Oliver chair. The upholstery is gray but does not match the cushions on the chair. I’m covering it with a throw to protect from our shop cat Penny.
