honestly the veneer is fairly thin and has worn down wuickly in places where things lay on it. holds up well though snd the shelves are smooth. was fairly easy to build but i think maybe a little privey for the wuality.

Well, this looks beautiful assembled, the deep walnut finish is lovely. The drawers glide easily. Nice to have storage for a coffee table. BUT, this was pretty awful to assemble. There are 47 camlocks! And dowels, and screws, etc. The directions are fuzzy, if you are a novice at assembling furniture don’t start with this one. And you will need some at the end when you’ve put the top on have someone sit on top while you turn the camlocks. The top of mine was a bit bowed and this helped considerably.

Lovely table, but came so damaged!! there were cracks and paint was chipped. The customer service was good, so we got our problem fixed. But the seller should package this better. It’s a heavy table and requires proper transportation
