This coffee table came very well-packaged and was surprisingly easy to put together. I was pleased with the total assembly time - it took under an hour to do it by myself. Ill note that there are lots of screws, so it makes sense to use your own screwdriver vs. what is shared in the assembly kit, even though that would work. The color of the coffee table is exaclty what I wanted - its light enough to fit in a dark room, and not too dark where it wouldnt fit into a light room. In terms of weight, it is easy to move around too, and has a very sturdy base and feels heavy. Ill note that the actual sliding part that covers the shelves inside the coffee table doesnt go around the entire coffee table, so its kind of an odd design in that regard. I assume youre intended to have one covered side and one uncovered side, but it doesnt look as nice as it could with one large slider, for example. Its 45 simply for that reason, which is a personal preference.

The reason I chose 4 stars for this coffee table is entirely due to color. The photo showing items on the table top is the color I expected. As you can see what I received is much lighter. The table itself was very easy to assemble with sturdy pieces that connected easily. There is plenty of storage inside with multiple ways to show the decorative fluting. It’s a well designed piece that works perfectly in the space. It’s just not the correct color!

I’m really happy with this coffee table. The quality of the materials is better than I expected it feels sturdy and well made, and the wood finish gives it a nice mid-century modern look without feeling cheap or flimsy. The tambour-style sliding doors are a great detail, too. The enclosed storage is perfect for things you want to keep in the living room but don’t necessarily want sitting out—and, as a cat owner, it’s especially nice for putting things away that I don’t want my cats getting into. Assembly was incredibly easy. Two-persons assembly in about 30 minutes, and the instructions were exceptionally straightforward. Honestly, the construction is so simple and intuitive that you could probably put it together correctly with nothing more than the included parts list. Everything fit together easily, and we didn’t run into any confusing steps or frustrating moments. Once assembled, the table feels solid and functional while still looking stylish. I especially like having both the open shelf and enclosed storage, since it gives you options for what you want visible versus tucked away. Overall, this is a great-looking, well-made coffee table that was remarkably easy to assemble and feels like a great value. I’d definitely recommend it.
