These tables seem sturdy and as advertised. The larger table has some glue residue that makes the top seem rough. We initially thought is was a defect, but believe it can be cleaned off.

For what theyre worth, these tables are excellent for my apartment living room. Beautiful, space saving, versatile, and easy to assemble. Highly recommend!

arrived quickly, looks great in my room. wasn't expecting a wood grain on the table top which was an added bonus to me. very easy to assemble.
