This is EXACTLY what I hoped for. A reasonable size even though the listing does make it feel big. Make sure you MEASURE. It works perfect for me. I will say the directions for assembly are very confusing and can be frustrating. (I put the lift top on backwards at first). But at the end of it it’s exactly what I was looking for.

I have not been able to use this table yet, for two weeks, because it did not come with enough screws to attach the final part: the legs. The shipment of the table was 3 days late. Upon discovering I did not have enough screws, I ordered replacement hardware. It has been three days and counting after the expected delivery date. Both delays were held up in California. The table in Chino and the replacement hardware in Los Angeles. I have built the table but it is currently upside down with unattached legs. I have 7 screws for 16 holes. The instructions said I needed 20 screws, but I actually needed 28 in total. I hope one day to use my coffee table, but alas Wayfair’s California shipping centers have eaten my orders. It seems a fine table after I have mostly built it. It’s made out of the cheapest quality material, which you can’t argue about for the price. But in the midst of putting the parts together, the panel that makes up the fluting got chipped in the corner, as I had to press it into a tight cutout in the table bottom piece. The diagram on one step of the instructions is incorrect, as the screw holes don’t match up with the actual panel. It was very difficult to attach the table top piece. I resorted to piling all of my thickest books to rest the top on while I attached the brackets.
