We got this because it’s adjustable. And we wanted a square (versus round) top to maximize our specs. We can use it as a table for regular chairs or with our spare counter stools. The top swivels which is a nice feature when used with stools- so you don’t have to push them back to exit the table. But there isn’t a way to keep it from spinning so it is somewhat unstable to use as an eating surface. Also fingerprints show up with the slightest touch in the top.

Completely useless as a table top - of any sorts. Some reviews I've since seen about the non stationary top are too kind. This thing SPINS without much more than a tap. It rotates fast. You have to hold it to cut food. Etc. Which means two people tag team it in order to dine! Useless. Impractical. Irresponsible (someone will see a glass slide on to the floor) how does one design a dining table with without a stable surface. Crazy. And, the customer service isn't seeing the issue as a problem. Will contest the charge I suppose Wayfair - shame on you.

I LOVE this table! The size is perfect for my space, the color is beautiful, the table is extremely stable and the height adjustment is amazing. The only thing that is not perfect about this table is that the table top doesn’t lock into position but spins. It doesn’t really bother me but it would be nice to have that option. One of my favorite purchases.
