We tried to have this order delivered 3 times. Each time, the top was damaged and it was sent back by UPS prior to us receiving the item. When the third version finally arrived, the top was in a box that was still crated, meaning that we had to go out and purchase wire cutters to open it. The top was again broken. The top and the base both weighed more than 100 pounds, making it incredibly difficult to bring into the house. The AllModern team was difficult to work with to return the item and all that we were offered was a refund.
