We purchased these bar stools as an open-box item, and honestly, they arrived in near-perfect condition. It looked like the previous buyer may have just opened one cushion to check the color, but everything else was still sealed and unused. All parts were included, and nothing had been assembled before. In terms of quality, they look really great and elevate the space nicely. The design is beautiful, and the height is perfect for our setup. That said, they are a bit more lightweight than expected, so they don’t have that super solid, heavy wood feel. Not a dealbreaker at all—just something to be aware of. Overall, we’re really happy with the purchase, especially given the value we got with the open-box deal. Would definitely buy from Wayfair again.

Love the aesthetic of this product, but the screws do not stay in as others have said. These no not get used very frequently, and still falling apart. I had to glue in several of the screws. Secondly, they do not fit well under standard counter height, it would be nice to have a lower option. This height would be best under a bar. Also, I waited for this to come in stock for months before buying and now months after purchase it still says out of stock.

The chairs were perfect for the space! Easy to assemble! Love the retro vibe it creates in the room.

Just as shown in picture. Very nice, sturdy quality. I would recommend putting felt pads on the bottom if on hardwood, but overall very pleased! I am curious to see how they last long term. **8mo later update still very pleased with this purchase. Just as sturdy and get compliments ALL of the time!**
