They look great, but these are built for a slim bachelor. I’m smaller than the average sized woman in the US, and the sides of the stool still dig into my hips. The legs are solid metal or a very hard plastic that can dig into floors. I need to buy some kind of cap for these. I wish the bottoms had a rubber coating.

These are so comfortable. I’ve been using them with my island for a year now and ordered two more because I wanted to replace other stools with this one. The only qualm I have is that it doesn’t swivel. They are incredibly easy and fast to build, and if you have wood floors I’d suggest getting covers for the bottom so they don’t scratch the floor.

Excellent stools the height didnt end up working for our kitchen island but we loved them so much we made a bar in the basement just to be able to use them!
