Took me months to finally decide to buy this loveseat. I first checked with Wayfair rtn policy which is very fair. Delivery team was outstanding. Loveseat is very stylish and comfortable. I love that my feet do not hang off the recliner. After a few days I notice a hole in the leather and broken wood in the side storage compartment. Wayfair customer service reps are fantastic. Thru were empathetic, professional and resolved my issues by having replace piece shipped. Wayfair kept up the amazing customer service model. You have my loyalty
