I’m loving this chair! The color is just what I wanted and the size is perfect. Some reviewers complained it’s too firm - it is a little firm, but not uncomfortable. Others said as a convertible bed it’s too short, which is true, but that’s not why I bought it and it’s obvious from the measurements what the size is. (It’d be great if the manufacturer sold a square ottoman that matched to stretch it out. ) The assembly was easy. The instructions say two people but I’m a 60-year-old woman and easily did it myself in about 10 minutes. (Hint don’t lift the chair onto the arm, lift the arm onto the chair). Also the back opens up (Velcro) - that’s where you’ll find the instructions, legs and hardware. I wonder how many people called without realizing that. A great buy and if budget allows I may eventually get matching love seat.

Chair looks great in my wife’s home office. It’s wider than it looks but it’s very firm. It looks like it may be soft but it’s very rigid. Adding a decorative pillow or two makes it comfortable enough. The chair back lays all the way down.
