Wayfair did not send me all the parts and even acknowledged I should have received 2 boxes when I only got one. Fedex showed only 1 box was sent. I met the delivery driver at my door. This is not a case of my item being stolen or misdelivered. This is a case of Wayfair not sending me all the parts. Despite this evidence, Wayfair required I file a police report! I have texted, live chatted, and called Wayfair and got no replacement or refund. I requested a call back from a supervisor, and still haven't gotten that. Its been over 2 weeks and Wayfair has yet to send me my item in full despite telling me they would.
