Missing items and parts are broken. I spoke to customer service for it. Missing part now takes 4-5 days to arrive and to return the item I have to packed up everything and go to the ups store with 2 huge 100 pounds boxes.

Very sturdy and the quality is good.

Beautiful bed. No creaks or movement from the frame. Solid construction. I have assembled LOTS of furniture and this by far the most involved and hardest one yet. Plan to spend at least 5 hours with 2 people doing the assembly. There are parts that will need 2 people to work on it, like the headboard.

Finally put it together it’s a beautiful bed lots of instructions. Definitely a 2 man job. Took hubby 2 hours to put together. Overall I love it and feel like I have so much space in my bedroom now.
