We put this bookshelf on top of the kitchen counter in a hard-to-reach corner - turned the corner into a cookbook nook with space on top for the TV to watch cooking shows. It's very sturdy, yet attractive enough to work with our granite countertops!

Good quality. Easy to one person to assemble with a power screwdriver. Careful to not use the longest screws on the shelves, they will push through the top!

I returned the item without even assembling it because the color of the wood doesn’t look like the one in the photos. It has like a reddish undertone.

Definitely took some time for 2 of us to put together. The instructions are only slightly confusing because you don't start with step 1, but we figured it out! pretty sturdy
