This item is just as it is described. It was delivered in good condition, well-packed in the carton, and no damage. All the parts to build it were included in the carton. That's always a big plus. It took me about four hours to assemble following the instructions. Only the doors gave me a bit of trouble until I was able to get the hinge orientation correct. Instructions are pictures, which is helpful, and were very thorough. When assembly was complete, I only had one wood dowel left over. Not sure if that part was an extra? My only complaint is that the front locking wheels do not lock well, and the cart still moves freely when pushed or pulled. Having all four wheels lock might be an better option. I'll likely find some other method to make sure cart does not roll or shift when I am using it. For a DIY cart, this one passes muster.

arrived on time. Looks great. Assembly took some time but not too bad. Just what I needed to expand the working space in my galley kitchen!
