After the third dresser I finally got one that wasn’t broken. Bought this as part of a bedroom set to furnish my new condo. Looks great, very functional and sturdy. The one problem is the first one they sent was damaged in shipping. One of the drawer glides was damaged and the drawer wouldn’t open and close properly. We asked them to just send two new drawer glides and my Dad said we could fix it, no big deal. The rep I spoke to said, “OK, we’ll get that out to you right away”. The Wayfair reps are almost always helpful and friendly. Couple weeks later I get an email notification that says, “your new dresser is on its way”. New Dresser I asked for drawer glides. So a week later,a whole new dresser arrives. What do I do the old one I ask the delivery driver. “Keep it” he says. What am I going to do with a broken dresser So I post it to craigslist and sell it for 50. I unbox the replacement t dresser and all the drawers work (yay) but the backing is cracked and the front foot is cracked . Call them again and they tell me the same thing - they’ll bring a new one out in two weeks. Third one comes and it’s finally fully functional and no damage. I gave the second one to my brother who just had a baby. I don’t know what the moral of this story is. Backwards logistics are expensive It’s cheaper to send more furniture than train and hold accountable your movers Or business insurance is nice.
