Commode 6 tiroirs Delonia

I looked for months for a dresser that was the right size and color but was VERY reluctant to order this as there was only one review. They arrived on the scheduled day and time!! The delivery crew was excellent even called 20 minutes in advance to make sure we were home and ready! Wow! These are extremely well packed. A carton within a carton with wooden frames. Took a few hours to get it all unwrapped and unstapled. Unfortunately there were stain irregularities on the two center drawers. I called customer service and was offered a replacement but I had concerns that it might not be any better than the one I received. They said I could request that it be unwrapped it at the door so that I could make sure it was better than the one I had already received. Sooo...I had made several phone calls to make sure the delivery team knew it was to be unwrapped. I was assured that the direction was on their tablet. it arrived and they WERE NOT informed. They called their office and ended up unwrapping it even though they did not have the training to do so. They proceeded to put two large scratches in our hardwood floor...and denied that they had done it!! Many calls later, the floor was fixed and I was told they are going to make sure that their carriers are better trained. The color is just as seen online and the quality is fairly good. Veneer is used for the detailing on the drawer fronts where as the top seems to be solid wood. The drawers slide well on metal center runners on the bottom of the drawers and don't wiggle when pulled out. Please make note, this set is available as "Ambia", "Pignoco" and one other company so be sure to do your research to get the best price. It was missing the anti tip kit for the dresser. Overall, I think this dresser is overpriced when I compare it to other dressers but size was a deciding factor for me. TIP- I found this in the "nursery or youth" section. If you have a wall 60" or under, try this category.
