Acquired this for use in my son’s college apartment this year. It arrived well packaged and was easy to fit in his car for the 7 hour drive. He spent about 2 hours assembling it alone using his own collection of power tools. The box included tools, but he thinks it would have taken an additional 2 hours to assemble with those. He thinks it will work great for the extra storage they needed for the small apartment kitchen, and they really like the extended table feature for additional countertop work surfaces. He felt overall that it is a good fit for an apartment level piece and should last them a few years durability- wise.

I love this versatile kitchen island! I have a really small kitchen and it's nice to be able to expand it when I need. It was easy to assemble for the most part. Seems to be a solid piece of furniture.

we are really excited to have this in our space! we have been waiting to get it together and it’s a little complicated but we will figure it out and we got a fridge to fit under and have a true coffee bar for our clients

This is an incredibly nice kitchen island. It extends for extra surface area and even pivots. And the pivot device is definitely heavy duty. It can easily be used as a desk or corner table. It was not too hard to assemble.

The concept of this unit is great. Directions for assembly was simple. Storage is ample and the additional side spice rack is a big plus. All of the pieces are sturdy and appear that the unit will hold up well. After completing the assembly and loading the shelves and draw, I was initially pleased. Unfortunately when moving the unit around I started to have my doubts. The top of the table top is bowed in the center. The spice rack does not stay straight up. The locking wheels require the use of pliers to lock the wheels. I feel like the spice rack portion will eventually pull away from the upper table top.
