I love the style, very solid, heavy, but one chair had a broken leg and two screws were missing. Fortunately my SIL could complete the repair and assemble the chairs.

Received the chairs and one chair is different pattern than the other…See pics…What should we do…. Please advise. Thank you.

These chairs are pretty beautiful. You can tell they are cheaper if you reeeeally look tho. You can see some glue residue around the joints on top. The legs don’t have any caps to hide the bolts. But overall this is fine and does the job. For the price I would probably repurchase.

I love these chairs. Some parts were missing so I could only put together 2 while waiting on replacement parts. I never received the replacement parts and I am now being told my window of opportunity has passed, so they will not resolve this problem. I am now paying for something I do not have because they has made sure the 30 days were up.

One star from perfect because one piece was missing a pre-drilled hole. Fortunately my husband had a 38inch bit. Unfortunately, it was an anniversary present! So much for a surprise. The chairs are what I wanted, assembly was easy (especially since we fixed it), and items were packaged well.
