The vanity has a stylish and compact design with helpful features like LED lighting and decent storage, making it a fair choice for the price. However, I encountered several issues that detract from its overall value. The predrilled holes for the flip-down piece on the left-hand side (piece 15 in the instructions) were too large for the provided screws (screws “I”), and the screws were also too long. This caused the screws to break through the other side of the material, ruining the piece entirely. Unfortunately, I couldn’t salvage the flip-down section. After reading other reviews, I noticed that this exact flaw has been mentioned at least twice, which shows this is a common design problem. The vanity also arrived chipped in a couple of spots, which was frustrating to see right out of the box. Additionally, the sectional piece inside the glass insert is made of a bendy, styrofoam-like material, which isn’t sturdy and feels very cheap. The overall material has a plastic-like appearance, and the vanity feels unstable unless bolted to the wall (though anti-tip hardware is included). I will say the material feels very smooth up close. While the vanity is decent for the price and looks good from a distance, the design flaws, fragile materials, and assembly challenges make it hard to recommend without reservations.

A nice vanity, but it is a lengthy assembly process and one part pre-drilled holes are too large then another area did not have a set of pre-drilled holes were missing. Be sure to affix the vanity to the wall to avoid a fall.

Package arrived quickly and well packed. Instructions were easy to follow but it was time consuming to put together. The flip down piece of the top had to be retrofitted. The predrilled holes were too large for the screws per the instructions and none of the other screws that were included would fit. Was able to make adjustments and drill into non predrilled area. It is made of a pvc like material and has a plastic look up close. Tipping will be an issue if not bolted into wall (does come with anti-tip hardware).

I didnt put together. Yet but excited looks cool!! Desk options and stool comes with it
