We love the bouclé upholstery and its soft, neutral color. The swivel and glider base operates smoothly, and the recliner lever is easy to use. The chair reclines comfortably to an almost fully lying position. The seat feels well cushioned, but the armrests could use more padding. Overall, we’re happy with the chair, but the lack of cushioning in the arms is why we gave it four stars.
