I am pleased with the purchase of these chairs. I ordered the brown wood frame color and like in the photos, the wood has a faint gray wash. The chairs are solid and have a high end look. The reason I am deducting one star is that one of chairs was missing a hole in the rear frame to attach a support bar. The manufacturer sent us a replacement part, which we received a week after the initial delivery. Given the defect in a essential component of the chair, I question quality control in the manufacturing process.
