OK, so let me start by saying I love the quality of this bed, it was heavy duty, was exactly what I wanted, however, my heart sank when I saw the box in the driveway, as it was so severely damaged, and when I opened it that damage had transferred into the headboard, in such a way that I could not repair or hide it as it was right in the center of the board and also on the corner. This was so upsetting as I had waited with great anticipation to receive it. I have returned it. It will be picked up tomorrow by FedEx. Hopefully this will be an easy process. And I’m still waiting for my refund so I can buy a different bed.
