The instructions were missing from the box. There were several areas that were missing wholes to screw in the screws.

Unfortunately, the quality of the item is unsatisfactory for the following reasons. The parts of the daybed have numerous defects, including cracks covered with paint and visible scuffs. In addition, the item emits a strong chemical odor that causes me headaches and nausea, which have persisted for three days since opening the package.

Soft cream color, very sturdy. Took just under 3 hours to completely put together, including drawers. Drawers are a good size, holds quite a few articles of clothing. At this point, very happy with my purchase.
