Terrible. And now I can’t report a problem to discuss the problem. This was the only option to select, the item is actually defective. The mattress slides down when upright despite having holders that fall off when upright. When pulling the mattress down it gets stuck and you have to lift the mattress to position to get it down. The wall mount brackets do t properly align with studs for optimal stability. The top piece and bottom piece despite being fastened per instructions is already separating. I have used this bed one time and it is falling apart. This unit is not safe and is low quality and defective.

This did not align well with our wall studs. The anchors did not anchor to the wall and has left huge holes in our wall and will have to purchase additional hardware to rectify this. Instructions for piece 29 were also missing.
