It was easy to put together. It is as pictured in the photos on the website. The color is very rich. It's much smaller than I was expecting. Not as substantial as I had hoped for. It would be better if the headboard and footboard were crafted from a solid, continuous piece of thicker wood.

This bed is very sturdy and solid. It took me about 45 minutes to assemble alone. Im very happy with it and would recommend it.
