Table basse Locust Grove

The color of the piece was more gray than I thought it would be, but I actually like it better this way! This is a very sturdy piece and didn’t take too long to put together. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the lift mechanism on the lift top is super tight and needs adjusting. I have to put my foot on the bottom shelf when lifting the lift top table up. Because of the hinge tightness it also doesn’t close perfectly flush easily, but I’m sure I can tinker with it and get it fixed. Looks great, very happy with the piece.

Mine arrived broken. In fact even the matching side tables came in separately and all had defects or dents in it. Probably best to just just shop at a furniture store where they deliver it with care.

The first table we received had dents and scratches all over the top. We contacted Wayfair and they sent us a brand new one in great shape. The table looks great and has good storage. We love it.

Hard to assemble. Doesn't close well. Cheap looking. You can get the exact same model at Big Sandy for cheaper. Wayfair won't price match. I found it too late. Next time I know to shop around better. I usually love what I get from Wayfair not this time.

I really love this coffee table and it looks exactly as pictured. It was the size that that I wanted and had storage + a lift top. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars is for value. It was advertised as no assembly required, but you do need to assemble it and it takes a couple of hours (including breaking down the boxes and packaging material). Having 2 people is helpful for getting it out of the box. I think that it is a bit expensive for something that I have to assemble.
