Youssouf 42.4" Wood Accent Cabinet With Three Drawers

We need to have a discussion. This was absolutely ridiculous. I’m sure you wouldn’t not like this to be a representation of your product. I received a damaged, dirty, pretty sure blood stained product from your company. I will need a refund or a replacement product as this is absolutely not acceptable for a consumer to receive when purchasing a new product.

Drawer doesn’t work and the color isn’t gray it’s a brown tan. Not the great quality like all the other things we bought.

I have always put my furniture together by myself never had a problem. This I feel was very poorly made. The holes to match the screws are not lined up correctly which makes it impossible to put together I asked my dad thinking I’m missing something all the coordinates are incorrect. I called Wayfair. They don’t have the number to the manufacturer which is absurd and they can’t connect me I’ve trying to get in touch with the phone number on the directions. Nobody’s getting back to me for two days. I’ve emailed but nothing and everyone’s passing the buck so I’m left with no piece of furniture, Iso I am now returning this product which only cost me $250 a huge headache, waiting 2 days for a return label because Wayfair won’t pay for the shipping on my defective product without talking to the manufacturer (like that’s my problem), the inconvenience of me having to lug this very large heavy item to FedEx and then waiting probably two weeks for my money back. Thank you Wayfair..

this is a nice cabinet,is the off white the top is brown color this verymatch,the design on the door is gorgeous.its study and goodquality,the instructionare clearn and easy.
