Chaise parsons rembourrée Lanford (Ensemble de 2)

We are very disappointed. This is our second purchase where we are missing screws and holes have not been pre drilled where they are supposed to be. We contacted the resolution team on our first purchase never got a call back. We have contacted the resolution team on the chairs we are waiting for a call back and resolution! We can’t use one of the chairs right now until Wayfair decides to send us a new back with pre drilled holes and the needed hardware. My experience so fair with Wayfair has been very poor quality control and very poor customer service! My dissatisfaction may change a bit if I can get the chair back and hardware so I can use my chair, but right now I am very disappointed and dissatisfied!

These look great around our new table and are a great size. You could easily fit them around smaller dining tables that are good for 4-6 people as they’re not too wide. We did have one arrive with a fabric tear in the middle of the seat back and chip but customer service was amazing and immediately shipped a replacement.

The fabric color was exactly what I wanted, Silver. The chair assembly was a different story. The 2 chairs per box was packed perfectly with no damage in any of the 3 boxes. But there were about 8 bolts per chair and some of the bolts just would not fit. My husband used his own drill to make them fit.

Perfect for the table I ordered on Wayfair.

Exactly what I was looking for. Quality seems good so far and very comfortable for a dining chair
