The chair looks nice, but it is not nearly as comfortable as I expected it to be with an original price tag of $2000. This is not a $2000 chair. The seat is a very stiff foam and the back (when not reclined) sits STRAIGHT up. It is much smaller than it looks in the picture. I’m a petite 5’0” and it’s a good fit for me, but my taller 5’10” husband is not comfortable sitting in it. It was packed so tightly in the box that we had to cut the box off to get it out. Now imagine my frustration to read that it has to be packed in the original box to return, and it’s going to cost $65 to boot. This is probably my last Wayfair purchase. Too many surprises in the fine print.
